little natsuyuri things
- natsuki getting yuri into parfait girls as per her suggestion. yuri ends up enjoying it and gets really attached to a character that is very similar to natsuki. natsuki hates said character and doesn’t understand why or how yuri likes her
- it dawns on her during a reread of the series at 2 am, and she has to physically stop herself from yelling due to a myriad of emotions
- natsuki also reading one of yuri’s novels and enjoying it more than she thought she would. yuri actually excitedly talking and animatedly discussing it with her is a huge bonus
- monika can tell they’ve got a thing for each other before either of them realize it. hell, even sayori knows
- natsuki confesses by baking yuri a bunch of cupcakes and decorates the tops with frosting, spelling out letters. it reads “WILL YOU GO OUT WITH ME”
- yuri can’t form full sentences that day, but rest assured she accepted
- whenever natsuki is having a hard day and doesn’t want to talk, yuri writes her poems that encapsulate her feelings and leaves them in her bag
- both of them encourage each other to open up and be themselves. they both have difficulty, but are great positive reinforcement for each other
- when it comes to favorite gestures of affection, yuri likes being kissed, and natsuki likes having her hair played with
- coffee!! shop!! dates!!!!!
- monika likes teasing them, and sayori is overzealously supportive. both embarrass them (but in a good way)
